The HS program will be running dry-land sessions on the following nights during the skills sessions. These are open to all SHAW Squirt-Bantam players. The dry-land sessions will be on 6:30 - 7:30 pm on the following nights: Mondays: September 8, 15 Wednesdays: September 10, 17

On August 18th through the 22nd SHAW will be running a dry-land training program at 5pm-6pm at Wilson Park. All SHAW skaters Mites through HS are encouraged to come out for the dry-land training. Bring a water bottle along if you come.
